Sarah Ehambe is a high-capacity leader with a globally-informed perspective and a passion for building vibrant communities. Her diverse background, including living in 6 countries and 28 cities, has equipped her with unique cultural intelligence and an ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural challenges.

With a Master's in Organizational Leadership and a strong history of driving growth and innovation, Sarah excels at developing strategic initiatives that benefit both organizations and the people they serve. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and creating engaging, purpose-driven campaigns. Her work is guided by a belief that strong community relations are directly tied to an organization's mission and value. Sarah's leadership style is characterized by a decisive, dynamic, and influential approach, dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging, safety, and dignity within every community she touches.

As Director of Acquisitions and Construction, Carey is responsible for guiding the firm’s investment strategy and execution. He leads initiatives in deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling, while also overseeing all capital improvement projects and large-scale renovations across the portfolio. His ability to integrate financial acumen with operational oversight ensures that each acquisition is maximized for long-term performance and value creation.

Carey brings more than 16 years of combined experience in construction, development, and multifamily investment. He began his career with one of Oklahoma’s largest SFR Developers, where he oversaw the construction of more than 300 single-family homes across six cities while managing over $200 million in assets. This foundation gave him a deep understanding of large-scale project management, cost controls, real-time problem solving, quality execution and logistics. Following his tenure in Construction and Development, Carey spent a decade in multifamily investment brokerage, where he advised and transacted with leading investment groups both locally and nationally. During this time, he successfully closed more than $500 million in multifamily transactions and underwrote in excess of $1 billion in investment opportunities.

Carey’s unique blend of construction expertise, investment insight, and proven track record in transactions positions him as a key driver of the firm’s success. His leadership and experience provides investors with the confidence that each project is approached with discipline, foresight, and a relentless focus on results.

Jeremy Pinkerton serves as the Director of Asset Excellence of WIN Assets, where she is responsible for the strategic oversight, financial performance, and long-term value creation of the firm’s multifamily real estate portfolio. She brings more than two decades of experience in asset management and revenue strategy, with a career that spans institutional hospitality, private real estate investment, and value-add initiatives.

Her background includes leadership at iconic hospitality assets such as The Waldorf=Astoria New York and the Westin Times Square, where she managed revenue budgets in excess of $150 million. She also held senior roles with Packard Hospitality and Avalon Hospitality as Chief Revenue Officer, where she focused on maximizing NOI for ownership groups through revenue growth initiatives, value-add renovations, brand conversions, and increasing market share across multiple markets.

At WIN Assets, Jeremy leverages this expertise to identify opportunities, implement repositioning strategies, and deliver consistent returns for investors while enhancing communities. She is passionate about education and community development, with a focus on initiatives at each WIN community that create opportunities and support long-term generational growth.

Jeremy holds an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York and a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, where she was recognized with the Rising Star Award. She also earned a Hotel Real Estate Investment
Certification from eCornell.

Fady Srour is a seasoned real estate investor with ownership in more than 1,000 multifamily doors across the United States as both a General Partner (GP) and Limited Partner (LP). In addition, he is actively invested in high-yielding real estate assets in Dubai, further expanding his international portfolio.

He is the founder and operator of three multimillion-dollar businesses employing over 40 professionals across the U.S. and Dubai. With a background in counseling psychology (M.A.) and over 17 years of experience in clinical and mental health work, Fady combines sharp business acumen with a deep understanding of leadership, mindset, and human behavior.

His portfolio focuses on multifamily and high-yielding properties, generating strong returns while creating long-term value. Through his Wealth & Winning brand, he mentors entrepreneurs and investors on building a wealthy mindset, harnessing faith, and executing disciplined strategies for financial growth.

Jason Van Valkenburg is the COO of WIN Assets, overseeing operations, leading and coordinating the company’s short-term and long-term strategic objectives, and directing financial reporting and risk management.

For the last twenty years, Jason has owned and operated a portfolio of over 10 companies in the sectors of wealth management, insurance, business/healthcare consulting, medical product development/distribution, and residential/commercial real estate. Jason’s multifocal expertise brings a unique approach to the operational excellence of WIN Assets.

Jason builds high-performing teams, including a wealth management company that managed over $100M in assets. He has consulted on multiple merger and acquisition events and has extensive experience in both the traded and non-traded real estate investment trust sectors. Jason is also an accredited investment fiduciary and board-certified estate and trust specialist.

Known as "Coach JC" is the founder of WIN Assets and WIN Communities, a purpose-driven real estate investment company committed to building wealth with impact and transforming communities where families can thrive and WIN.

But his journey didn’t start in real estate. After throwing away his basketball opportunity, hitting rock bottom with over $400K in debt, and fighting for his life to be a father, Coach JC made one of the greatest comebacks imaginable. Through faith, grit, and personal development, he rewrote his story and turned his greatest pain into his purpose.

For the past 17 years, Coach JC has built a reputation as a high-performance coach, speaker, and entrepreneur - training and leading teams across sports, business, and life.
